The Dena-BMS JV Group of Companies are engaged in major marine works all over the world. In particular the Norh Sea, Mediterranean, Red Sea, The Gulf and Far East. They are multi-national groups stationed in England, Greece, Malaysia and Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Dena-BMS / JV operates its own state-of-the-art technology as well as a marine-type, self-propelled floating crane
specially equipped to support deep-diving operations. The firm owns and operates ROV (remotely operated vehicle) equipment and facilities, including pipeline inspection ROV’s and precision underwater excavators. To maintain flexibility and the ability to expand capacity when required.

Major Activities of the Group: Laying of cables, pipeline, hyrographic survey, dredging, construction and repair of all kind of berth: biles, concrete, berth fender installation and repair, towage, platform (oil & gas) repair.
Since its foundation, Dena-BMS has continuously expanded the scope of its services. This requires us to keep abreast of innovations and improvements in underwater technology, and at the same time to invest in the additional equipment needed. |
