Three Strong yet friendly and smiling security guards will take shifts just to protect and look after you.

:: MALE RESTRICTION

NO MEN are allowed to go up the building floors, neither delivery, personnel, nor others. Only technicians (electrician, plumber, carpenter), when technical troubles occur, they will be escorted by one of our staff (or two, if needed), only after a prior notice is given to the girls. You can welcome your male friends at Hano's, our ground floor Internet café, where you will enjoy your lunch, search the Internet, or simply have a cup of coffee and chat with your classmates or colleagues.

:: PRIVACY  
Surely you wouldn't want anyone entering your room while you're out, and feel free to mess up with your private belongings. Well! Don't worry, visitors are not allowed to go up the residential floors without your prior consent. The guard will make sure that you are present and that these visitors are welcomed. Before going up they will be required to leave their IDs with the guard and their name will be registered.

:: DAILY CLEANING
This service is available daily from 8:30AM till 4:00PM except for Sundays. Pillow covers, bed covers and bed linen sheet are replaced. Room and bathroom cleaning will not stop until you are satisfied.

:: 24/7 ELECTRICITY SUPPLY (STANDBY GENERATOR)
Power Cut?! No Problem, only seconds and our private generator is turned on. This way you can continue working on your computer, or keep the heater turned on, during a cold winter night or a hot summer day.


:: 24/7 HOT WATER
We care to see you feel at home. Following a scheduled time table, our boiler is turned on, making sure that hot water is available around the clock.


:: SPLIT UNITS
Each room has its private and brand new split unit; so basically the whole building is air-conditioned except the stairs.


:: INTERNET
Bring your laptop/PC and you'll be instantly connected to the world from within any room in the dormitory. The latest and fastest technological facility will be offered to you.


:: INTERNATIONAL & LOCAL PHONE CALLS  
Feel how small the world is; you can sit back in your room and call, at any time you wish to, whoever you miss the most. No need to wait for the operator to receive or transfer your calls. By dialing your extension number, friends and family can reach you directly in your room.


:: CABLE TV
The world is getting even smaller with the free satellite colored TVs in every lounge. You can even request a private TV in your room for late night movies in bed.


:: GAS REFILL
Gas is supplied (24/7) for no extra charge. If you are a cooking fan, or prefer to have your breakfast on the kitchen table, then you will enjoy our spacious kitchens.


:: LAUNDRY
You won't have to worry about washing your clothe, just deliver them to us and you will take them back as clean and tidy as you always used to back at home.


:: CURFEW
This service is OPTIONAL . When Signing the Application Form, parents can choose or disregard the curfew service that we're offering ( 12:00 PM or before). We maintain a trustworthy contact with parents so to keep them informed about everything.

Nevertheless, the residence entrance is kept open 24h so that girls can order from the market anything they wish to have.

:: MAIL BOX FOR EACH ROOM
At the reception desk each room has a mail box, useful for postal mail or even messages from friends or family members who passed by the dorm or called while you were out. These mail boxes will be used also as a mean of communication between you and the building administration, sending you the latest Announcements, message exchange, etc.

:: FAX & PHOTOCOPY
Last but not least, being able to send/receive a fax or photocopy some important notes from within your residence will definitely make your life easier, But then again, THIS IS OUR AIM .
